Homemade Taiyaki

Was doing house cleaning and by chance saw the Taiyaki metal mold which I have bought from Supermarket a long time ago.

Ingredients
100g plain flour
1 Egg
100g fresh milk

Directions
1. Place the mold on the stove and turn to medium fire.  Brush the mold with Pandan leaf dipped in oil.

2. Pour the batter into the mould

3. Add your desired ingredient. I added cream cheese. Example. Chocolate, Kaya, red bean paste…

4. Close the mould and cook for 2 mins. Flip the mould and continue the other side for another 2 min.

5. Check the pancake and remove it carefully.

6. Eat while it’s still warm.
